I don’t think I really understand the question. But I guess I can try to answer anyway. ummm to be honest, I don’t think I’d go anywhere really. I’m perfectly fine where I am. Maybe I would be on my own though. Just a little more free and able to relax.

Lori: Okaaayy. My question is…if you were to meet the person who most inspires you who would it be and what would you tell them?

Trey: My dad is really the only person who inspires me and I’m pretty sure he knows it.

Tim: Muhammad ali, hands down. I don’t know what I’d say to him beside the fact that he is amazing at what he did. I mean when he said, “He who is not courageous enough to take risks will not accomplish nothing in life,” just kind of stuck with me. Well, him and Eminem.

Wes: What if you don’t have anyone who inspires you

Wes: Seriously. We’re all just going to list people that most people find inspirational and we’d all say the same things. What inspires me isn’t necessarily people.

Trey: Do you want me to give you the definition of inspire?

Wes: I know what it means. Kindness inspires me. Thinking inspires me. Unusual things inspire me. Not people.

Tim: And usually Josh gives the complex answers haha

Josh: Instead of saying Spielberg, I’ll say Christopher Nolan (currently inspires me). I would tell him about captivating his films are. How he needs to give me a few pointers and point me in the direction I should be heading because I want to inspire people too. And then it turns into a full-blown fantasy because he buys me coffee and takes me to one of his sets and -

Amber: I think that the people I love are the ones that inspire me. I think that’s it’s because of all of my friends I was inspired to be a happier, friendlier person.

Ellie: There are a lot of people from history that inspire me. Albert Einstein, Amelia Earhart, Emily Dickinson… It’s hard to know what I would say to them. I’d probably feel kind of inferior in front of someone so iconic.

Kayleigh: As much as I love my family and Lani, I think I have to agree with Wes. I think what inspires me are the little things that I love about life, like the falling rain or cute animals or beautiful paintings… And for me, I need things like this to inspire me to just keep living and to erase the bad thoughts that haunt me everyday. But, yeah, I think that this world is a pretty amazing place. It just… you know, has a few bad people in it.

Asher: Hmm…well, for me I agree with Kayleigh and Wes. But, at the same time the person who most inspires me is my little sister, Audrey. Sometimes I forget how amazingly strong she can be, and how much hope she still has. I can be cynical, but she always manages to amaze me despite everything’s that’s been happening to her :/

I would probably have to say Sansa Stark. Yes, she is a fictional character. But I have found that reading about her bravery and sweetness and just being able to hold herself together makes me feel empowered. And if I did have to say something to her, it would probably be like, “High five!” because tbh she needs some more happiness in her life. I don’t know, I just think she’s inspirational. (for those of you who don’t know she’s a character is asoiaf and game of thrones)

Lori: Okay, I guess it’s my turn now ^^ Well, I’ve been inspired by lots of different things and people. So, it’s hard for me to say. I definitely agree with Wes that kindness is key. And that’s what I look for in a lot of my inspirations. Kindness, humility, heart…As a little kid, I always looked up to Michelle Kwan. She was so graceful, and I felt that when she skated I could feel her radiate kindness. She seemed humble enough. Some other things that inspire me, though, are movies. Like, Dead Poets’ Society-which is one of the reasons why I’m in acting now. Someone who has really inspired me, though, is Audrey McDonald who is a singer/actress. She’s just amazing, and a lot of what she says has truth to it. She’s genuine to me. And if I were to say anything to her, I’d probably be like: “You’re amazing!” And then, probably be too speechless for words.

Paige: Well, the one person who really inspires me is actually dead. Her name is Rachel Carson, and she’s an environmentalist. If she were alive, however, I’d probably proceed in getting into a conversation. Because that’s just how passionate I am about that subject.

Amber: Alrighty! Sooo… my question is: If you knew this was your last ~~day~~ week on Earth, how would you spend it? Be completely honest!

I would spend it with you guys! I really would, tbh. I would gather my bestest friends and we could all do something each of us really wanted to do. I wouldn’t want us to be dwelling on the fact that I’d be gone in a week. Make all the memories we can possibly make.

Amber: If it were my last week, I would use all the money I’ve been saving and take Kale to Disneyworld. And then I’d come home and spend my last days with all the people I love. I’d miss you too, Sardy!

Ellie: I’d probably try to make sure all the people I care about actually knew I care about them, since I know I’m not exactly very good at showing it on a regular basis. I would also want to visit some historical places that I’ve never gotten the chance too.

Kayleigh: I would spend it with my family, since they’re the most important people to me in the whole world, plus Lani. Annd… Yeah. I think that as long as I’m with them, I could die happy.

Amber: Hahaha, I have to think about this one… Okay, this one is kind of gross and I would suggest never doing this prank, but when I was a kid I opened the toilet lid and put seran wrap over the toilet. So, when my mom came home (heavily intoxicated), she ended up throwing up and making a huge mess in the bathroom. Annnd let’s just say when I went to school next day I had to try and explain why I was covered red marks.

Ellie: I’ve never played any pranks on anyone before. Pranks are stupid and juvenile.

Kayleigh: Erm… Well… the only pranks I’ve ever played on people are harmless and kind of silly. Like, you know, putting up a fake computer screen with unclickable buttons? Yeah… It’s pretty lame, I know.

Hey, guys! :D Lori here! Tbh, I’m not sure how to start this…maybe, how’s everyone’s summer going? How’s everyone doing in general? Anything special/exciting happen? Are you watching the Summer…

Amber: Well, let’s see… The other day, Trey and I took Kale to the zoo for the first time and he loved it! I think his favorite was were the elephants because they were so huge. Other than that, I’ve mostly been working at my part-time job. And when I’m not working, I try to find time to hang out with friends as often as possible. It’s not easy though… I haven’t been watching the Olympics actually. I get too tired and I’m not that interested in it anyway.

Ellie: I have mostly been working on schoolwork. Yes, I realize that it’s summer vacation, but I actually enjoy studying and learning. When I’m not studying than I’m usually reading a book some place quiet. My oldest brother and sister came to visit, and their hyper-active personalities make me pretty exhausted having to put up with them all day. So, it’s been pretty uneventful all summer. I think for the last month we may pay a trip to Greece, but who knows? I’m mostly rooting for Greece in the Olympics.

Kayleigh: I’ve spent most of my summer with my family! We went to the beach and are planning to go camping pretty soon. Lani has been kind of busy, but I try to spend time with her whenever she’s available. She came over once and we had a long horror movie marathon. I also took Zeus, my dog, to the dog park a couple of times where he made a few friends. And I’m still attending therapy regularly, like always… I think I’m making good progress.

Wow, sounds like most of your summers are going well. Well, I guess mine isn’t at all interesting. I’ve been dragged all over the place, when I’d rather just be at home chillaxin’. Sure, going to the beach was pretty fun and I got to surf, but the waves weren’t what I expected them to be in NC. Like Paige said, we went to Washington D.C. I think she enjoyed it more than I did. But, I will agree that the Spy Museum was pretty cool. She also forgot to mention Mt. Vernon, which I liked better than the city. Besides that, though, I’ve been patiently waiting for S3 of MLP to come out. Yeah, whatever.

I actually started watching the whole series pretty recently, and it was because one Saturday morning Audrey was sitting in front of the TV watching it. Idk, I was bored. And then, I tried talking to her. But, she was just staring intently at the screen and laughing, and all that other stuff. So, I guess I watched it and it seemed pretty okay to me-surprisingly. And yeah, like Paige said, we had that stressful situation with the hospital and Audrey’s leukemia to deal with. I hope she’s okay..

Yeah, I guess I’m not in the mood to write, I guess. The Olympics are okay, I’ll still watch them. But, I haven’t really been in the mood this summer.

Wes: How do I do this thing?

Trey: Same way you’re doing it now, nimrod. Pretty cool, huh?

Wes: I’d rather be sleeping. Or eating. Anything else besides this.

Tim: Tell me about it.

Josh: You guys are no fun. Honestly, this is interesting! Wait, what was the first questions.

Wes: We’re a group of idiots.

Josh: Focus. FOCUS. OK WHAT DID WE DO THIS SUMMER?

Trey: The summer isn’t over yet!

Tim: Who wants to go first?

Tim: You guys suck. Ok. This summer has been slightly annoying but then pretty relaxing. I got to fly up to Canada with Josh and we went to a comedy club and just revisited some of our favorite places. I basically get dragged everywhere Karina wants to go, which is all the kiddie places we can find. And, sadly, I had to run into my brother at the same time we ran into Ainsley (Josh’s sister). Have you seen them in a room together? Oh, it is not pretty. All they do is bicker. Josh and I joke about how they could channel their hatred for each other into something more useful. I also *heard* that there’s a surprise end of summer trip?

Wes: Wow, Tim. You’re real good with secrets.

Tim: Oh shit, was it?

Josh: I really wish I could record this.

Trey: Anyways, let us just ignore the stupidity of my fellow comrades. I have been hanging out with Amber and Kale most of the summer. My dad likes to call it, “Parenting 101”. It’s kind of funny. Brent, though he’ll never admit it, loves to babysit when he can. Amber and I try not to tease him too much. I am also in mourning because House ended. :( You guys make me feel lazy for all the stuff I haven’t done this summer. I try to relax basically. As for the Olympics…I honestly don’t give a fuck about them. Not my thing.

Josh: I love how we all turn so formal when we’re all just a group of unfocused, rowdy teenagers.

Wes: Don’t expect me to be formal. I like to keep things short. I do what I do every summer; whatever I want. Rather, it’s like that every single day. Putting together a portfolio for the school I want to get into. Sarisse and Amber are as naggy as always. I don’t watch the Olympics.

Josh: That really is straight and to the point.

Trey: I can imagine him typing this with a straight face.

Tim: He does everything with a straight face.

Wes: I hate all of you.

Trey: *straight face*

Josh: Now that leaves me! Well, I have been travelling and working. I work and send the money to my parents. It’s the same as usual for me. I do miss Canada. It was nice to visit. I have been getting a lot of filming done. I have made surprise visits to many of you already just to see a glimpse of what’s going on, with my camera in tow. Everything is just really great and I have a greater appreciation for well…everything. Things are certainly different and next year will be an entire school year I will be in the U.S. Also, this weekend I am going to France to visit family. They’re very, very into the Olympics. I’m rooting for France and Canada in everything that I can. But, as you know, it’s hard to watch when you’ve worked all day and you’re exhausted. As for this *surprise*

Hey, guys! :D Lori here! Tbh, I’m not sure how to start this…maybe, how’s everyone’s summer going? How’s everyone doing in general? Anything special/exciting happen? Are you watching the Summer…

Amber: Well, let’s see… The other day, Trey and I took Kale to the zoo for the first time and he loved it! I think his favorite was were the elephants because they were so huge. Other than that, I’ve mostly been working at my part-time job. And when I’m not working, I try to find time to hang out with friends as often as possible. It’s not easy though… I haven’t been watching the Olympics actually. I get too tired and I’m not that interested in it anyway.

Ellie: I have mostly been working on schoolwork. Yes, I realize that it’s summer vacation, but I actually enjoy studying and learning. When I’m not studying than I’m usually reading a book some place quiet. My oldest brother and sister came to visit, and their hyper-active personalities make me pretty exhausted having to put up with them all day. So, it’s been pretty uneventful all summer. I think for the last month we may pay a trip to Greece, but who knows? I’m mostly rooting for Greece in the Olympics.

Kayleigh: I’ve spent most of my summer with my family! We went to the beach and are planning to go camping pretty soon. Lani has been kind of busy, but I try to spend time with her whenever she’s available. She came over once and we had a long horror movie marathon. I also took Zeus, my dog, to the dog park a couple of times where he made a few friends. And I’m still attending therapy regularly, like always… I think I’m making good progress.

Wow, sounds like most of your summers are going well. Well, I guess mine isn’t at all interesting. I’ve been dragged all over the place, when I’d rather just be at home chillaxin’. Sure, going to the beach was pretty fun and I got to surf, but the waves weren’t what I expected them to be in NC. Like Paige said, we went to Washington D.C. I think she enjoyed it more than I did. But, I will agree that the Spy Museum was pretty cool. She also forgot to mention Mt. Vernon, which I liked better than the city. Besides that, though, I’ve been patiently waiting for S3 of MLP to come out. Yeah, whatever.

I actually started watching the whole series pretty recently, and it was because one Saturday morning Audrey was sitting in front of the TV watching it. Idk, I was bored. And then, I tried talking to her. But, she was just staring intently at the screen and laughing, and all that other stuff. So, I guess I watched it and it seemed pretty okay to me-surprisingly. And yeah, like Paige said, we had that stressful situation with the hospital and Audrey’s leukemia to deal with. I hope she’s okay..

Yeah, I guess I’m not in the mood to write, I guess. The Olympics are okay, I’ll still watch them. But, I haven’t really been in the mood this summer.

Wes: How do I do this thing?

Trey: Same way you’re doing it now, nimrod. Pretty cool, huh?

Wes: I’d rather be sleeping. Or eating. Anything else besides this.

Tim: Tell me about it.

Josh: You guys are no fun. Honestly, this is interesting! Wait, what was the first questions.

Tim: You guys suck. Ok. This summer has been slightly annoying but then pretty relaxing. I got to fly up to Canada with Josh and we went to a comedy club and just revisited some of our favorite places. I basically get dragged everywhere Karina wants to go, which is all the kiddie places we can find. And, sadly, I had to run into my brother at the same time we ran into Ainsley (Josh’s sister). Have you seen them in a room together? Oh, it is not pretty. All they do is bicker. Josh and I joke about how they could channel their hatred for each other into something more useful. I also *heard* that there’s a surprise end of summer trip?

Wes: Wow, Tim. You’re real good with secrets.

Tim: Oh shit, was it?

Josh: I really wish I could record this.

Trey: Anyways, let us just ignore the stupidity of my fellow comrades. I have been hanging out with Amber and Kale most of the summer. My dad likes to call it, “Parenting 101”. It’s kind of funny. Brent, though he’ll never admit it, loves to babysit when he can. Amber and I try not to tease him too much. I am also in mourning because House ended. :( You guys make me feel lazy for all the stuff I haven’t done this summer. I try to relax basically. As for the Olympics…I honestly don’t give a fuck about them. Not my thing.

Josh: I love how we all turn so formal when we’re all just a group of unfocused, rowdy teenagers.

Wes: Don’t expect me to be formal. I like to keep things short. I do what I do every summer; whatever I want. Rather, it’s like that every single day. Putting together a portfolio for the school I want to get into. Sarisse and Amber are as naggy as always. I don’t watch the Olympics.

Josh: That really is straight and to the point.

Trey: I can imagine him typing this with a straight face.

Tim: He does everything with a straight face.

Wes: I hate all of you.

Josh: Now that leaves me! Well, I have been travelling and working. I work and send the money to my parents. It’s the same as usual for me. I do miss Canada. It was nice to visit. I have been getting a lot of filming done. I have made surprise visits to many of you already just to see a glimpse of what’s going on, with my camera in tow. Everything is just really great and I have a greater appreciation for well…everything. Things are certainly different and next year will be an entire school year I will be in the U.S. Also, this weekend I am going to France to visit family. They’re very, very into the Olympics. I’m rooting for France and Canada in everything that I can. But, as you know, it’s hard to watch when you’ve worked all day and you’re exhausted. As for this *surprise*

Annnyyywaaayyyy…so far my summer’s been good, I guess :) I’ve been working at an animal shelter(which is a plus for me :D). I haven’t really had the chance to go anywhere, yet :/ Sadness. With my luck though, Paige is probably gonna drag me somewhere xD. Anyway, I’ve only been watching certain events…like volleyball, soccer, fencing, gymnastics…Definitely Team USA for Gymnastics & Volleyball :) Of course, I havta root for AUS during some of the events xD Gotta say, though, tbh I prefer the Winter Olympics a little more. Idk, I guess I’m more used to the cold. Especially, with Vancouver’s Opening-that was AMAZING. I know it was only two years ago, but still. And with this opening, I’m seeing everyone being all: “OHMYGAWD. THE QUEEN IS A TRUE BOND GIRL. SHE JUMPED OUT OF A PLANE!” -_- I mean, no offense to anyone (I mean, it’d be really cool if she did), but how likely is it that the Queen of England jumped out of a plane/helicopter? Pretty unlikely. Plus, I’m pretty sure they showed the stunt double on NBC. And there’s also a lot of Ryan Lochte Fans on here. I’m honestly not too into swimming competitively, so I’m not gonna go into a debate of who’s better: Phelps or Lochte?

Sooo yeah, I guess? How’s everything with you guys been going? :)

ANYWAY. So, we’re talking about the Olympics? DEFINITELY LOVE IT SO FAR. I have to say the Summer Olympics are my personal favorite. Of course, AUS will always be my automatic fav, but I’m also siding with a lot of other countries in certain competitions. Like, the independent athletes that aren’t competing for any countries, they sound pretty interesting. And, I was also kinda impressed that the Irish came out for these Olympics, they didn’t come for the Winter :/

Sooo for my summer, let’s see…I went to Washington D.C. I gotta say, they have a lot of neat stuff there. I went to a lot of the museums. I think I liked the Spy Museum. That was pretty cool. Went to Kill Devil Hills, NC. Went back to work at the garden shop. It was also kinda stressful, though :s Audrey had to go back into the hospital because of her leukemia….She’s holding on pretty well, it seems. But, we’re all still pretty worried. Even Asher overcame his fear of hospitals to see her. And he’s deathly afraid.

Wow, well I can’t really see how to continue this on a positive note. :( *le sigh*

Hi there! This is Lori and Paige ^^ We’re both 17, and we live in Maine. We’re both pretty different when it comes to tastes, but we’re still the best of friends. We both want to make differences in the world (e.g. save animals, save the environment, etc.); all that jazz. We like hanging out with our other friends, as well (of course!).

Well since Lori’s not gonna finish, I might as well continue. Sooo some things she left out is that she’s super AMAZING when it comes to theatre and broadway- (Lori: No, I’m not!) Are you writing this description? No. Also, she’s amazing! (Lori: asdfghjkl;) Obviously, she’s too overcome by how awesome she is. (Lori: At least let me write somethings, because it sounds weird when you’re describing me.) *groans* Fine, here!

Okay, sooo I absolutely LOVE animals. A little more than people (Paige: Can’t blame you there). My favorite animals are wolves :) And I hate how people get so scared of them, when there’s nothing really to be afraid of. They don’t like to attack people, unless they feel threatened. I have a sweet cat named Emylee. My parents and I are trying to patch our relationship, due to some problems we’ve had in the past…I’m quiet and shy, I try to be more sociable. But, I j-just can’t. (Asher: Just like Fluttershy. Daaaawww.) (Paige: ASHER. THIS IS OUR BLOG. NOT YOURS. GO MAKE YOUR OWN!) (Asher: Whatever you say, sis xD) (Paige: *groans* Leave it to my brother to interfere in our awesomeness! Anyway, proceed) Ummm…okaaayyy. So…I like to do a lot of artistic things. Like photography, drawing (which I’m not too good at, but I still enjoy doing it), etc. I actually prefer ceramics to drawing. I like watching Madoka Magica, Supernatural, Invader Zim, A:TLA. And my favorite movie of all time is Dead Poets’ Society…And that’s all I can think of at the moment.

My turn? lol Okay! :D So, as I’ve said before my name is Paige. I’m very opinionated, and I aspire to be an activist for the environment and LGBT Rights. I’m an extremely hyper and active person. I like taking risks. I’m friendly and I will always stand up for my friends and family. My family tends to move around a lot, and even though I’ll miss the friends that I made there’s a thing called facebook (Asher: UGH. FACEBOOK.) GET OUT OF HERE, ASHER. The bright side about moving to different places is that you get to open your eyes to all the cultures and customs all over the world. Let’s see…what else. I can be very determined, and strive to reach all my goals. As I said, I’m really passionate about the Environment. So, I’d probably major in a field like that. I love the water, so I like to go to the beach. But, not up here where it’s freezing as hell. Okay…so I think that about does it.
