Hey, guys! :D Lori here! Tbh, I’m not sure how to start this…maybe, how’s everyone’s summer going? How’s everyone doing in general? Anything special/exciting happen? Are you watching the Summer Olympics? And who’re you rooting for?

Wow. Those are a lot of questions ^^

Annnyyywaaayyyy…so far my summer’s been good, I guess :) I’ve been working at an animal shelter(which is a plus for me :D). I haven’t really had the chance to go anywhere, yet :/ Sadness. With my luck though, Paige is probably gonna drag me somewhere xD. Anyway, I’ve only been watching certain events…like volleyball, soccer, fencing, gymnastics…Definitely Team USA for Gymnastics & Volleyball :) Of course, I havta root for AUS during some of the events xD Gotta say, though, tbh I prefer the Winter Olympics a little more. Idk, I guess I’m more used to the cold. Especially, with Vancouver’s Opening-that was AMAZING. I know it was only two years ago, but still. And with this opening, I’m seeing everyone being all: “OHMYGAWD. THE QUEEN IS A TRUE BOND GIRL. SHE JUMPED OUT OF A PLANE!” -_- I mean, no offense to anyone (I mean, it’d be really cool if she did), but how likely is it that the Queen of England jumped out of a plane/helicopter? Pretty unlikely. Plus, I’m pretty sure they showed the stunt double on NBC. And there’s also a lot of Ryan Lochte Fans on here. I’m honestly not too into swimming competitively, so I’m not gonna go into a debate of who’s better: Phelps or Lochte?  

Sooo yeah, I guess? How’s everything with you guys been going? :)

*le gaspeh* HAVEN’T BEEN ANYWHERE?! YOU BET YOUR ASS I’M DRAGGING YOU HALF WAY AROUND THE WORLD! Maybe we can go to London xD ehehehehe (Lori: STOP LAUGHING LIKE THAT. MY DASH IS ALREADY SPAMMED WITH TOM HIDDLESTON AS IT IS.) Awww, I thought you liked him. xD (Lori: I respect him. But, I’m not head over heels for him! I like Mark Ruffalo MUCH BETTER.) Now, there’s a man I could almost go straight for. Almost. (Lori: lol) I mean, he’s not like your stereotypical actor. He actually seems to care about important issues. You should’ve seen his interview with Colbert-PRICELESS! (Lori: I did xD)

ANYWAY. So, we’re talking about the Olympics? DEFINITELY LOVE IT SO FAR. I have to say the Summer Olympics are my personal favorite. Of course, AUS will always be my automatic fav, but I’m also siding with a lot of other countries in certain competitions. Like, the independent athletes that aren’t competing for any countries, they sound pretty interesting. And, I was also kinda impressed that the Irish came out for these Olympics, they didn’t come for the Winter :/

Sooo for my summer, let’s see…I went to Washington D.C. I gotta say, they have a lot of neat stuff there. I went to a lot of the museums. I think I liked the Spy Museum. That was pretty cool. Went to Kill Devil Hills, NC. Went back to work at the garden shop. It was also kinda stressful, though :s Audrey had to go back into the hospital because of her leukemia….She’s holding on pretty well, it seems. But, we’re all still pretty worried. Even Asher overcame his fear of hospitals to see her. And he’s deathly afraid.

Wow, well I can’t really see how to continue this on a positive note. :( *le sigh*
